Playing catch-up with the maps - last legs of fellows' journey before meeting up with the M's - Maryrose & Mom


Train journey from Charleston to Las Cruces, NM, with a day in DC and Chicago.




Today we traveled 272 miles, and passed through Roswell, NM, the UFO capital of the US. We also went to White Sands National Monument.
<-- Nathaniel and me in Roswell. <-- White Sands National Monument got its name from the white sand found there. The sand is formed from gypsum.
